AFS Massachusetts bay consists of Southern New Hampshire, Eastern Massachusetts, and all of Rhode Island. It is divided into several districts for administrative purposes: New Hampshire and the North Shore, Boston and the MetroWest suburbs, the South Shore, South East Massachusetts, Cape Cod, and finally Greater Providence encompassing Rhode Island and the extreme west of Southern Massachusetts.
